Our Coaches
Grant Kelley
Grant Kelley is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Grant graduated from Greensboro College, where he played four years of collegiate baseball, with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Studies.
Before opening the Performance Zone, Grant worked with Global Baseball Development Group trainers and led an athletics and fitness program in Proehlific Park in Greensboro, NC.
He has been able to work with a diverse group of clients, from adult clients looking to build strength, lose weight, and become healthier to professional athletes looking to perform at the next level of their sport. With his approachable personality and experience tailoring movements to meet his clients at their level, Grant has built a safe and fun environment at the Performance Zone where everyone can meet their definition of success.
Brittany Suplicki
Brittany has a Masters degree in Health and Human Performance Strength and Conditioning and 8 years of coaching experience with athletes of all levels.
She is an experienced coach and seasoned athlete. She grew up playing soccer, running track, and barrel racing (Rodeo). Brittany is currently rated as an international-level powerlifter and was a 2020 USA Powerlifting National Champion.
Her coaching style is evidence-based, holistic training that takes in all of the needs of the person. She is passionate about making people strong, showing others what they’re capable of, and making a positive impact on her student’s lives.
Kevin Kelley
Kevin Kelley has decades of experience coaching baseball, hitting techniques, bat speed, and confidence at the plate with athletes of all levels.
His skills and expertise in helping hitters and athletes improve their skills in hitting and self-confidence makes him a huge asset to our facility.
