    High School

    The high school program focuses on developing power, speed, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention. It’s the perfect prep course for a Division 1 collegiate program.

    What to expect:
    • Advanced strength & conditioning
    • Olympic lifting proficiency
    • Speed development (linear, agility, and change of direction)
    •  Advanced plyometric
    • Injury prevention
    • Conditioning & recovery

  • In-Season Athlete Program

    Designed to keep athletes strong and fast throughout the season. We provide the training to keep athletes at peak condition so that they are strong, fast, and without injury throughout the entire season and postseason.

    What to expect:
    • Unilateral strength
    • Balance and flexibility
    • Injury prevention
    • Speed development

  • Collegiate

    Designed for collegiate athletes home for the break. This program focuses on developing power, speed, strength and athleticism created to support and help maintain peak performance throughout the year.

    What to expect:
    • Increased olympic lifting proficiency
    • High-level speed development
    •  Agility & change of direction
    • Advanced plyometric

    Middle School

    The middle school program is geared towards athletes from 6th - 8th grade and begins to emphasize speed and power athletic movements as well as age-appropriate weight-lifting.

    What to expect:
    • Body weight strength mastery
    • Running mechanics
    • Speed development (linear, agility, & change of direction)
    • Jumping & landing mechanics
    • Injury prevention
    • Conditioning & recovery

  • Elementary

    The Elementary program is designed to build a foundation for coordination and athleticism through skills-based training in a fun and inviting environment.

    • Speed & reaction development
    • Athletic positioning
    • Balance & coordination
